Opera Wonderstar

After my wonderful mother brought me back to college, bringing the infectious disease back to infect all the wonderful women that I live with, I got to sit and enjoy some pinteresting and listen to one of my roommates. It's impossible not to listen and enjoy, because believe it or not, I live with an opera wonderstar.

The less than wonderful part of my day was when I left class early to go use my inhaler in the bathroom. I've never felt like such a nerd. Not like a cute happy quirky nerd, like a legitimate, ohmygoshlookatthatnerdygirl nerd. No good. No good. AND NO. I don't care who you are, if you aren't my beloved or a good friend or someone that I live with, don't pat me on the back when I cough next to you in class. NO GOOD. I know that you were probably just trying to be helpful, but I barely know you. Truth.

The most wonderful parts of my day were getting to take a nap with Br and to make fajitas. For one, I LOVE FAJITAS. And for two, I LOVE WEARING THE ONION GOGGLES. I swear, I'm going to make them into the most amazing fashion statement this world has ever seen. I know. So good.

I know I look super sick, and that's probably because I have the Plague.

Today I think I realized just how wonderful of a house I get to live in. I have women who are praying for me to get better, an opera singer to listen to on my own time, beautiful tea drinkers to study with, and just women I just to spend my time with.

This was Ra and I in the kitchen, after they probably should have been mad at me for putting dish soap in the dishwasher instead of dishwasher soap...WHOOPS. Yeah, instead of being frustrated that I flooded the entire kitchen (and parts of the dining room) with water and bubbles, they ENJOYED it.

I'm off to cough more of the plague into my house, what a wonderful Tuesday.
