SVL

Today is the first day that my will has been broken down, it's walls have crashed to the floor. I gave in and bought my first grande soy vanilla latte of the year.


I'm a sucker (A SUCKER WITH AN AMAZING CUP OF COFFEE THAT IS).

As I sit here in the Terrel and Holland Library on campus, I get to stare out at the beautiful practice football field. The library I am in is actually shaped like a grand piano. I'm serious. 


















I've had a few eventful and wonderful things happen in the last few hours. 


FIRST. In my attempt to parallel park on the street outside my house, I took a little bit longer than I anticipated. Being the kind of woman that does not give up, I succeeded on my 7th try. Those are the type of things that I'm okay with happening, they're kind of funny, whatever. BUT they aren't supposed to be seen by other people! I walk into my house and apparently I had been quite entertaining from the living room. Noooooooooo.


SECOND. After explaining to one of my friends that I live with 11 eleven other girls, a very quiet (possibly dutch international) student looks up and asks with a smile, "What's your address??" It was great. I laughed. 


SECOND. I have been waiting and waiting for someone to bring the book Brisingr back to the library. I literally checked it every day. It wasn't until Br told me that some little kid was probably reading it for the first time that I started to feel a LITTLE bad. (It's been returned finally, thank you snotty nosed little kid) 


THIRD. I actually started to get my external hard-drive working. Who knew that keeping albums of photos would result in filling the entire 300GB of space on my computer?


FOURTH. As much as I love studying at the library, I don't enjoy the shtuff that people write all over the desks. If you're going to write or draw on the desks, make it a masterpiece. Draw the best thing you can think of, make it a project, make me enjoy looking at it.


 But please don't write:
-DAMN RIGHT I'M INDIE
-I HEART BOOTY.
-GO DIE
-I ONLY CARE ABT: SEX FAMILY FRIENDS MYSELF AND FOOD.


Often I try to be opitimistic about people, but sometimes it's just not possible.


There's plenty more but...bleeeeeh. They're just gross. Have some creativity, make your writing or drawings about something more than penises and nights where you "never had any bitches."

Yes, not everyone is an amazing artist like whoever this person was, but I think everyone is capable of some sort of art and creativity.
